They sent an email saying (We’ve confirmed that your account is in violation of our AdWords policies).
What should I do to recover my Account? I want to use the same Account on my other Campaigns.

Google are pretty thorough with their investigations, so if something is in violation, then it probably is! Have you tried contacting your account management team? I believe all accounts are assigned to an account management team, and then assigned to teams based on spend limits. Visit this link for contact numbers.
